Charles Crouch The Park House was developed as a luxurious family residence. In
the mid 1930's as Worthing's popularity grew as a fashionable seaside resort
the Park House was purchased by Winifred Maude Frogbrook and was converted into
a Hotel. Today the property retains many of it's original features.
